Frequently Asked Questions & Solutions

When do I get my course certificate?

To get a course certificate, you must achieve a score of 80% or more in your end of course test. You will then be able to print out your certificate of completion.

How long do your online courses take to complete?

Our online courses vary in length, but generally take between half an hour and one hour to complete. However should you not have enough time to do an entire course at once or would like to complete the course in installments, you can! When you log out or leave our website, even in the middle of a course, your progress is automatically saved. Next time you visit the site, you can resume where you left off!

I've lost my certificate, can I get another?

Yes, as long as you have a current subscription, you can print another certificate by clicking on the appropriate option in your 'My Account' section.

Are your online courses accredited by an official governing body?

Yes. Our courses have received accreditation from Future (Awards and Qualifications), a National Awarding Organisation accredited by Ofqual, DCELLS and CCEA. This means you can be guaranteed a consistent standard of learning with the added benefit of a certificate of achievement by a nationally-recognised Awarding Organisation.

How often do I need to renew my qualifications?

We recommend that you do this at least once a year, as people tend to forget techniques they have learnt if they leave it longer than this period.

What if I'm not happy with a course?

If you are not satisfied by one of our courses, please contact us so we can help resolve your problem.

What guidelines do your online courses follow?

All our online CPR courses follow the latest published guidelines, including those of the Resuscitation Council (UK) and the European Resuscitation Council

Why aren't you accredited by the Resuscitation Council (UK)?

It is important to understand that Resuscitation Council(UK) is not a government agency and as such does not have the authority to "accredit" any other company's CPR courses.
